Lebo holds a Bachelor’s and Honors in Medical Biosciences from the University of the Western Cape, she earned her place in the Golden Key International Honour Society. Following a two-year internship at Steve Biko Academic Hospital, she qualified as an HPCSA-certified embryologist in January 2023.

A dedicated contributor to the field, Lebogang is the Social Media Officer for the SASREG SIG Embryology Group and additionally represents IVF Tribe and IVF Nomads as an their ambassador. Her work in patient support and social media advocacy led to her recognition as a *People of Change* awardee in STEM.

Beyond the lab, she’s a creative spirit—writing for *Women’s Lifestyle Magazine*, contributing to the TNSES NPO, and engaging as a Fides member; a healthcare influencer network backed by the World Health Organization. When not working, Lebogang enjoys Korean dramas, jazz, and a good book, bringing a compassionate, well-rounded approach to her work at Genesis.
